Refund & Return Policy — NorthHue

The Short Version

Since every NorthHue product is printed on demand just for you, we don't accept returns for change of mind or size issues. However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — we will replace it for free, no questions asked. Just contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo.

01Why We Have a Limited Return Policy

NorthHue operates on a print-on-demand model — meaning your tee is printed fresh the moment you place your order. We don't hold inventory. Because of this, we're unable to resell returned items, which means we cannot offer standard returns for:

  • Change of mind after ordering
  • Ordered the wrong size (please check our size guide before ordering)
  • Colour looking slightly different on your screen vs. the actual print (screen calibration varies)

We know this is different from large retailers. We're a small independent brand — this model is how we keep prices fair, avoid waste, and stay in business. We appreciate your understanding.

03How to Raise a Replacement Request

If your order qualifies for a free replacement, here's how to get it sorted quickly:

Act within 48 hours of delivery. Take clear photos of the defect or damage as soon as you receive the package. Don't wash or alter the item.

Contact us via Instagram DM (@official_northhue) or email support@northhue.store. Include your order number and the photos.

We'll review and confirm within 1–2 business days. If eligible, we initiate a free replacement right away — no return shipping needed from your side.

Your replacement ships within 3–5 business days of approval, with a new tracking number sent to you.

04Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them — before production begins. After 12 hours, your order enters the print queue and cannot be cancelled.

To cancel, DM us on Instagram or email us immediately with your order number. If cancellation is approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

05Refunds

Refunds (to your original payment method) are issued only in these cases:

  • Your order was cancelled within the 12-hour window
  • Your order was lost in transit and a replacement isn't feasible
  • We are unable to fulfil your order due to a production error on our side

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 2–5 days to reflect in your account.

We do not offer partial refunds on delivered orders under any circumstances.

06A Note on Care

To keep your NorthHue tee looking fresh, please follow these care instructions:

  • Wash inside-out in cold water (30°C or below)
  • Do not bleach or use harsh detergents
  • Air dry — avoid tumble drying on high heat
  • Do not iron directly on the print

Damage caused by improper care (fading, cracking after washing) is not covered under our replacement policy. Treat it right and it'll last years.
