All products sold on NorthHue are made-to-order (print on demand). This means your item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed.

     
• Product images shown are digital mockups and may vary slightly from the finished product in colour tone
     
• We reserve the right to discontinue products or change designs at any time
     
• Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy the product at the listed price
     
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (e.g. suspected fraud, pricing errors)
   

03Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

     
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice
     
• In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing the order
     
• Payment must be completed at the time of purchase — we do not offer cash on delivery (COD)
     
• We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets

All artwork, graphics, designs, product names, logos, and written content on NorthHue are our original intellectual property and are protected under applicable copyright law.

     
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell any NorthHue design or content without explicit written permission
     
• Purchasing a product gives you the right to wear it — not to reproduce or resell the artwork
     
• Screenshots or reposts of our content for personal sharing (tagging us) are welcomed and appreciated
   

05User Conduct

When using our website, you agree not to:

     
• Use the site for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose
     
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the website or its systems
     
• Submit false information or impersonate another person
     
• Place orders with intent to chargeback without a legitimate dispute

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
