01Processing Time
Every NorthHue product is made on demand — printed fresh when your order is placed. Because of this, there is a production window before dispatch:

03Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via the email or phone number provided at checkout. You can use this to follow your package in real time.
If you haven't received a tracking notification within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@northhue.store or DM us on Instagram.
04Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct at the time of checkout — including flat/house number, street, landmark, city, state, and pincode.
- If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-shipping charges will apply
- If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery (wrong address, not available), we will contact you to arrange re-delivery
- NorthHue is not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address submitted by the customer
05Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 consecutive business days, or if your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, please contact us — we'll investigate and resolve it.
In the rare event that a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will either re-ship your order or issue a full refund, at your preference.

We currently accept all standard online payment methods:
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
- Debit & Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
- Net banking
- Wallets
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time. All orders are prepaid.
